If you have confirmed that the promo code you’re going to use is available and valid but still cannot apply it, sometimes there may be something wrong with the network or webpage. Please firstly save the information of your order, then refresh the page and try again later. If it doesn’t work, you may report the failure to us and our search the store or the discount information of the store and copy the promo code you want. Then you can enter the payment webpage and paste the code you just copied. Finally go to checkout and finish the payment after confirming information of your order.
If it doesn’t work, you can check whether the discount code has already expired at Komodo, but still is on our websites, we’ll check the code. If it doesn’t work, we’ll remove the codes immediately.
